A few years back the Mayor of Lakewood got the Ocean County Freeholders to purchase reflector belts from Bright Ideas to disburse to the various towns. The Mayor’s office has been disbursing Bright Ideas reflector belts for FREE for the community for the past few years. This year alone over 1,000 belts have been given away from the Mayor’s office as well as another 1,000 given to schools.
