Some of you may be enjoying Daylight Savings by choosing  to bike, walk or jog to and from work. Don't forget that when leaving in the morning it may not be fully light yet.  With the morning rush let's try and remember to stay safe with reflective wear and lights.

How did you find the clock change?

For some the hardest part is getting up in the morning when it is still dark.

I find it takes me and my kids about a week to get back on schedule. I think we are finally back on schedule and enjoying the beautiful weather and the extra hour of daylight in the evening to be outdoors. 0 Comments
